Requirements

  • Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related degree with expected graduation date between December 2027 and May 2028.
  • A minimum GPA of 3.0.
  • A keen interest in learning more about public accounting and tax.
  • Strong leadership, multitasking and organizational skills.
  • Self-starter with initiative to seek out opportunities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to interact with various levels of client and firm management through both written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in the Accelerate leadership program to build relationships with Andersen professionals.
  • Engage in networking opportunities with peers and firm leaders.
  • Gain insights about Andersen and its internship programs.
  • Prepare to interview for a 2027 Summer Internship during the program.
  • Participate in fun social activities to enhance professional networking.
