The Assured Compliance Assessment Solution (ACAS) Administrator primary role is to configure and maintain the ACAS suite and the RHEL server that it resides on. This role includes setting up automated scans for review by the ISSO and assisting with audits for both ACAS and the RHEL server itself. The ACAS Administrator requires an in-depth knowledge of Linux Command Line. The ACAS Administrator is a critical part of the Cyber Security Support Team and works directly with the Information Systems Security Officer (ISSO). This position requires a Top-Secret Security Clearance and the appropriate DoD 8570.01-M baseline certifications as an IAM III. Execute ACAS Vulnerability Scans on a weekly basis and generates a report for the Cyber Security Team, ISSO, ISSM, and Director's review. Employ configuration guidance based on (DISA) Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIG). Possess an in-depth knowledge of Cisco integrated operating systems and experience with network management systems such as SolarWinds network management suite. Requires a working knowledge of the ACAS server suite, scanning procedures, and both physical and virtual servers. Must be experience with the Risk Management Framework (RMF) program for the MTC network enclaves. Configure, operate, maintain, and update the Assured Compliance Assessment Solution (ACAS) server suite. Conduct scanning of the three MTC enclaves (Unclassified, Secret, and Secret Releasable) and provide scans result, in either ASR/ARF or CSV format, monthly or as directed by the Information System Owner (ISO). Perform vulnerability scanning of interconnected PM Systems of Record and provide results to the assigned technician. Maintain appropriate industry certification for IAT Level III baseline certification. Use the ACAS Best Practices Guide located in the DoD Patch Repository as the definitive source for system operation and configuration. Complete the current ACAS Operator and Supervisor Course within 90 days of hire.
