About The Position

The Health Food Bar Team Member at Flavor Theory is responsible for providing excellent customer service while preparing and serving a variety of health-focused beverages and food items, including acai bowls, smoothies, and boba tea. This part-time role requires maintaining a clean and sanitary work environment, training new staff, and ensuring high-quality presentation of products. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and is a team player.

Requirements

• Customer service experience: 1 year (Preferred)
• Guest services experience: 1 year (Preferred)
• Juice Bar experience: 1 year (Preferred)
• High school diploma or GED (Preferred)
• Barista experience: 1 year (Preferred)
• Cash register and cash handling experience.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in retail or specialty store
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Well organized and detail-oriented

Responsibilities

• Refill stock and maintain inventory levels.
• Prepare and serve drinks, including teas and mixed beverages.
• Prep fruits and vegetables for menu items.
• Train new baristas on procedures and customer service.
• Assemble and hand ordered drinks to customers.
• Maintain cleanliness of the work area, including general cleaning tasks.
• Report safety hazards and employee accidents to the manager.
• Educate customers about menu items and ensure product quality.
