About The Position
Challenger understands that players, coaches, parents and administrators all have different needs and priorities, and by listening to our customers for over 25 years we have created a TOTAL SOCCER company that caters to everyone involved in the game. Challenger Sports is owned and operated by some of the most experienced soccer people in the country and our team of 9 offices and 100 full time staff now provides a comprehensive range of Soccer services and products: Academy Coach Role Staff members will deliver soccer sessions to a variety of age groups, teams & players whilst following a set Challenger curriculum. This role will mainly involve.
Requirements
- Must be comfortable working with children of all age groups.
- Must have experience working with children.
- All staff must pass a rigorous background check.
- The vast majority of positions require your own transport.
- Must have work authorization to work in the USA.
Nice To Haves
- Experience within Soccer coaching, particularly coaching ball mastery is desirable.
Responsibilities
- Coaching daily/weekly sessions to players of a variety of ages (2-16 years old)
- Logbooks: keeping track of your hours & sessions
- Session plans: use Challenger software to provide online session plans
- Communication: to all parents/ players within our registration programs
- Scheduling: follow your schedule & be adaptable for any changes based on incremental weather
