About The Position

Academy Cashier The Academy Cashier is responsible for maintaining Pensacola Christian Academy's student activity accounts, collecting money from various areas and events, making and recording miscellaneous deposits, and communicating information to sponsors and administrators as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain Student Activities Accounts Collect fees and dues from 7th-12th grade classes and clubs, apply funds to each group's account, record deposits and withdrawal of funds, reconcile bank statements, and create reports.
  • Track and maintain PCA credit cards that are distributed to faculty and staff.
  • Collect and Reconcile Money Collect money from PCA vending, laminating, yearbook, and miscellaneous events throughout the school year. Reconcile collected money with deposits.
  • Make Deposits Deposit all non-business office related money on a daily basis. Maintain records of deposits.
  • Communicate Account Information Keep class and club sponsors and the Academy Administrator aware of incoming/outgoing funds to accounts. Compile and provide account reports as needed.
