About The Position
The Academy Assistant Scout is responsible for identifying talent through data analysis, video review, and live scouting, while maintaining accurate and insightful reports in the internal scouting system. You will support recruitment efforts by researching key markets, coordinating trial logistics, and managing communication among scouts and leadership. You will work closely with the Academy Lead Scout and Pro Player Pathway staff, the position ensures alignment in player identification, reporting, and the execution of development programs. Due to the cyclical nature of the entertainment industry, the employee may be required to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the company.
