About The Position

This position will provide 1:1 and small group reading, writing and math skill supports to students seeking HiSET completion or provide 1:1 and small group support in ESOL. The position includes creating lessons for the tutoring sessions and communicating with other NBAE staff on student attendance and progress.

Requirements

• Knowledgeable in the CCRSAE standards
• Understands the principles of adult learning
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with a variety of stakeholders
• Excellent written/oral communication skills
• Proficient in Google Workspace (i.e.: Gmail, Sheets, Docs etc.)
• Confidential in all matters
