• Experience with room reservation or scheduling software such as Ad Astra.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership in work processing and service orientation.
• Troubleshoots and maintains data tables for transfer equivalence, master calendar, and degree audits.
• Assists in the development and auditing of academic tables in the student information system.
• Oversees the development of scheduled classes for each term.
• Assists in developing procedures for section order forms and space allocation.
• Participates in community organizations to support the college's mission.
• Completes required training and professional development sessions.
