About The Position
The Academic Success Staff positions at Worcester State University are designed for work-study students who are eager to contribute to the academic success of their peers. In this role, staff members will also cover the front desk as needed, which includes answering phones and greeting visitors, providing a welcoming environment for students seeking assistance. The position requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to perform other duties as assigned, contributing to the overall effectiveness of the Academic Success Center. This is a part-time position, requiring approximately six hours of work per week, and is ideal for students looking to gain valuable experience while supporting their fellow students in achieving academic success.
