About The Position
The Academic Success Coach, Senior at the UCF Connect Center is responsible for providing comprehensive coaching support to prospective and current UCF students. This role focuses on enhancing the student experience through recruitment, enrollment, coaching, and retention efforts, ultimately guiding students towards successful degree completion and graduation. The position requires collaboration with various teams and academic partners to foster ongoing coaching relationships, particularly with transfer students, ensuring their smooth integration and progression within the university.
