Are you passionate about empowering university research faculty and post-docs with the skills to succeed in this era of AI? Come be a part of a team that's dedicated to charting the course for an educated, innovative, and AI-fluent society. If you join Microsoft Worldwide Learning, you will join an organization whose mission is to inspire every person and every organization on the planet to maximize their growth through learning. We're looking for a strategic and hands-on individual contributor to lead how Microsoft engages with university researchers and postdoctoral scholars globally. As the Academic Researchers Initiatives Lead, you'll design and drive programs that make academic researchers feel uniquely valued and connected to Microsoft-especially in the evolving landscape of AI. You'll operate at the intersection of research, technology, and community, leading cross-functional initiatives and surfacing insights that shape our academic engagement strategy. This role is for someone who thrives on building relationships, managing complex projects, and translating academic needs into scalable, impactful programs. With minimal guidance you will be expected to define and execute a global strategy to engage university researchers and postdocs in meaningful, innovative ways. Further, you will be expected to ensure alignment, buy in, and adoption of initiatives across Microsoft to drive success.
