Minimum Qualifications MD degree with Board Certification, or eligibility in Pediatrics. Must possess or be eligible for a Texas Medical Board License, qualified to hold a faculty appointment in the Department of Primary & Community Care. Demonstration of strong commitment to the education medical students and a comprehensive understanding and ability in educational and evaluation methods. Preferred Qualifications Three (3) years of prior experience in an academic setting with demonstration of strong leadership skills, outstanding clinical practice, and success in teaching medical students. Bilingual/Medical Spanish is preferred but not required.
