This position is responsible for working with Energy Transition Act participants to provide career coaching and pathway information, resources guidance and support. The role involves individual coaching, assisting students in the Energy Transition Act program, documenting sessions, and referring students to campus and local community agencies for services needed. The position also includes intake, assessment, case management, tracking, and reporting participation and progress of students receiving services utilizing designated data reporting systems. Additionally, the role assists program participants with employment portfolio creation, prepares students for employment, and helps with job placement. The position requires maintaining high involvement with campus and local community, leading and organizing workshops and training sessions, and monitoring the academic progress of program students. Collaboration with campus department advisors and providing employment post-program tracking is also essential.

  • Provides individual coaching and assists students in the Energy Transition Act program.
