About The Position
The Academic Manager at Maple Lake Academy is responsible for overseeing a team of teachers and ensuring that students with Autism, ADHD, and other learning differences receive the support they need to thrive academically and socially. This role involves managing educational programs, implementing therapeutic interventions, and fostering a nurturing environment that promotes independence and productivity among students. The manager will also engage in training and development, maintain communication with parents and educational consultants, and ensure compliance with educational standards.
