The Academic Liaison requires a multi-talented, flexible individual committed to scholar success to and through college. The Academic Liaison’s primary role is to act as a bridge between Argosy Collegiate scholars and their teachers, working closely with content teams to develop and implement supportive structures during scholars’ study blocks and core content class times. This requires an understanding of building a positive and productive learning environment within the school day that supports scholars’ goal setting, organization, coursework completion, and self-advocacy. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: While actual roles and responsibilities will vary depending on individual circumstances, the Academic Support Facilitator will generally be required to perform some or all of the following tasks. Note that this list is not all-inclusive and that the Principal may also assign other tasks he/she deems appropriate.
