About The Position

Currey Ingram is seeking an academic interventionist to work in our Center for OutReach Education (CORE) with an immediate start. Interventionists will provide one-on-one instruction in all academic areas for students with learning differences in grades K - 8. They will be expected to administer assessments and utilize data to develop and execute individualized learning plans that meet each student's unique needs. They will also communicate regularly with families regarding their students' progress.

Requirements

• A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in special education, elementary education, or a related field is required.
• Candidates must be available Monday - Friday from 8 - 11 a.m.
• Interventionists will be paid hourly.
• Please include at least two professional references with your application.

Nice To Haves

• Preference will be given to candidates with experience teaching students with dyslexia and other learning differences.
