The Academic Linked Day Program Leader fosters a supportive partnership between the school day and after-school programs by engaging students during various structured and flexible times. This role focuses on supporting academic growth, particularly for students needing additional literacy interventions, including English Learners, with the goal of improving reading, writing, and math skills. During after-school hours, the Program Leader manages a class of approximately 20 students, providing enrichment activities and homework support. Collaborating with the school’s instructional leadership, this position ensures alignment with academic goals and promotes students' success both during and after school.
