About The Position

The Academic Initiatives Manager at Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD) is responsible for leading and coordinating various academic initiatives, ensuring their seamless implementation. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
• At least three years of related professional experience, including project management in an academic, cultural, or design-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate various academic initiatives ensuring seamless implementation.
• Oversee logistics and manage timelines for academic projects.

• Regularly inspect display areas and assess facility conditions.
• Coordinate necessary adjustments or repairs with multiple trades.
• Develop and coordinate unique academic trips and events for students.
• Provide networking opportunities and practical industry insights for students.
• Serve as a primary support resource for faculty and academic leaders on high-priority projects.
• Maintain consistency of the SCAD brand across academic projects.
