About The Position
The Academic HR Analyst position at UCLA's Department of Psychiatry and Biobehavioral Sciences involves managing various aspects of academic human resources, including recruitment, appointment, and advancement processes for faculty members. This role is critical in supporting the onboarding and separation of faculty, as well as the annual renewal process for non-tenured professorial titles and Professional Researchers. The analyst will ensure compliance with academic policies and maintain effective operations within the Academic Personnel Office.
