Academic Hospitalist/ Core FacultyDesert Valley - Victorville, CALocation: Desert Valley, Victorville, CASchedule: Full-Time, Resident Teaching ResponsibilitiesDesert Valley in Victorville, CA, is seeking a dedicated and passionate Academic Hospitalist Physician to join our team as a Core Faculty member. This unique role combines patient care with the rewarding opportunity to educate and mentor the next generation of physicians.Opportunity Highlights: Day Shift Hospitalist with Academic opportunity. Board-Certified in Internal Medicine (required) Will work with Internal Medicine residents - Responsible for rounding with residents and serving as core faculty for Internal Medicine Residency Program. Preferably okay doing procedures but not required. Open ICU. Traditional Work Schedule: Monday to Friday (8AM to 5PM) + 1 weekend a month. The position is in Victorville, CA - around 45 minutes away from Ontario and Rancho Cucamonga, CA. Base salary starts at $250-275K. Semi-annual production bonus in addition to base salary. Sign-On Bonus and Relocation Reimbursement for Full-Time.
