The Academic Employment Analyst provides oversight and leadership of the appointment and employment processes for Unit 3 and Unit 11 members. The incumbent interprets and implements the provisions of all employment-related directives, policies, contracts, and agreements, and works closely with personnel analysts to ensure appointments are processed in a timely manner. Academic Personnel supports faculty, staff, and administration regarding implementation of the Unit 3 and Unit 11 Collective Bargaining Agreements. The unit manages all aspects of faculty recruitment, appointments, evaluation, and personnel matters.
