About The Position
The Foster School of Business at the University of Washington is seeking an Academic Counselor Lead of Student Services for the Specialty Masters program team. This role is pivotal in providing comprehensive guidance to students throughout their academic journey, from application to degree completion. The Academic Counselor Lead will report to the Director of Student Affairs and will be responsible for leading student support, implementing the academic advising framework, and collaborating with a diverse team to serve high-qualified students. The position requires balancing multiple responsibilities, including academic advising, event coordination, and admissions review processes, while also being available to support evening and Saturday graduate classes and events.
