About The Position
The Instructional Support/Design Specialist will provide academic support to help students achieve their academic goals. This role involves collaborating with instructors to identify student challenges and develop targeted strategies to enhance learning. The specialist will provide one-on-one and small group assistance, help manage courses on the district LMS (Canvas), and support the implementation of instructional strategies and classroom management practices. Hours for this position are Monday through Thursday, 2:00 - 10:30 PM to support evening students and instructors. This position requires flexibility with required daytime professional development per the school board approved calendar.
