The Counselor is responsible for recruiting and enrolling prospective students in credit and non-credit programs (i.e., academic and workforce). The Counselor will provide exceptional customer service to support recruitment, registration, and program readiness, matriculation, and payment. The Counselor will develop and maintain relationships with prospective students and families, school counselors, community organizations, and industry and employer partners through in-person and virtual interactions. The Counselor may also manage recruitment-related project(s) outside their territory (or similar) management responsibilities. This position is renewed yearly based on funding.
