Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Interact daily with faculty, administration, staff, and external organizations to facilitate operations of the Senior VP's Office.
  • Support the Academic Affairs Administration in processing requests for academic information and student correspondence.
  • Maintain the calendar for time-off requests related to the Senior VP.
  • Oversee scheduling of meetings, agendas, and minutes for Academic Affairs under AA administrators' direction.
  • Handle inquiries and provide communication related to the Academic Affairs Division.
  • Oversee distribution and creation of Dean's list notification letters.
  • Assist with production of monthly Curriculum Committee meetings and reports as needed.
  • Support the creation of semester load reports for Full Time Faculty under AA administrative direction.
  • Assist with annual full-time faculty classroom visitation and maintenance of faculty files.
  • Provide support for new initiatives in Academic Affairs Administration.
  • Assist with documentation for Adjunct Faculty and Concurrent instructors' credentialing.
  • Oversee processing of purchase requisitions, invoices, and expense reports under AA administrative direction.
  • Compile information and prepare reports for Faculty Development Committee's approved applications.
  • Oversee preparation of accreditation reports and visits for various programs.
  • Provide administrative support for events sponsored by the Academic Affairs Division, including orientations and awards.
  • Assist with updates on the division's website and support for college scheduling.
  • Oversee review and processing of chargeback documentation.
  • Support Academic Affairs Administration at Open House and Orientation Week events.
  • Organize and update shared drives and reconcile documentation for credit card usage.
  • Oversee course book and materials adoption and assist with budgetary needs for Academic & Student Affairs.
