About The Position

The Academic Advisor advises students concerning their academic plans and progress, academic schedule, choice of major, and other academic activities and career goals to assist the student in making decisions concerning personal educational goals leading to graduation.

Requirements

• Must be able to perform all essential job duties as outlined in the job description.
• Bachelor's Degree in counseling or an academic field related to the advisor's responsibilities.
• 1 year of experience in advising or related academic functions

• Experience with University systems such as Banner, Navigate, and DegreeWorks
