The position involves providing academic advising to program participants, informing them about dual credit opportunities, and evaluating career interest inventories to assist students with career exploration. The role also includes assisting participants with ACT preparation, developing improved study skills, and providing tutoring to program participants. Additionally, the advisor will develop a plan of action for any participant with a 'C' or below in any class and maintain accurate documentation on participant contacts, progress, and time and effort. The advisor will work closely with the Coordinator, Faculty Director, and the Academic Advisor to achieve program objectives.
