The Department of Psychological and Brain Sciences at Texas A&M University is hiring a new Academic Advisor III! In this role, you will independently engage and empower undergraduate students as they navigate their academic and career journeys. You’ll play a key role in driving student retention and success by building meaningful advising relationships, clarifying program and degree requirements, and helping students confidently navigate academic policies and procedures. As an Academic Advisor III, you will have the opportunity to work on special projects such as major changes, honors guidance, or graduation clearance. You will also contribute to evaluating and improving advising practices while serving as a mentor and trainer for fellow Academic Advisors and members of the campus community, Salary: $54,450.00 Special Note: Some work may be required beyond normal office hours and/or on weekends. Some travel is required.
