About The Position
The Academic Advising Professional serves as frontline contact for undergraduate students for developmental academic advising to drive engagement and empower students to achieve their academic and career goals. Plays a vital role in maximizing undergraduate student retention. Builds formative relationships with students by interpreting information and providing clarification on procedures and academic requirements of specific programs or majors. Hybrid work week is available.
