Requirements

  • Five years of experience in academic administration, student records, or a related area.
  • Three years of supervising or team leadership experience.
  • Knowledge of academic processes, course scheduling, and graduation requirements.
  • Two years of experience using Student Information Systems, CRM systems, and/or LMS systems in an administrative capacity.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

  • Builds and schedules embedded courses for the Early College program within the Student Information System, ensuring accurate course descriptions and faculty approval.
  • Oversees enrollment, tracking, and enforcement of testing, prerequisite, and co-requisite policies; maintains accurate Early College student records in CRM and SIS systems.
  • Produces and reviews rosters for high school partners to ensure enrollment accuracy.
  • Verifies credentials for embedded high school instructors to ensure compliance with college policies and standards.
  • Ensures timely entry of grades into the Student Information System by high school instructors and follows up on missing grades.
  • Oversees the graduation process for the Early College program, including managing academic programs and ensuring accurate student records.
  • Maintains Early College landing pages and assists with updates for marketing materials as needed.
  • Acts as the primary liaison between the Information Technology department and the Early College department, identifying issues and recommending improvements.
