About The Position

WendWell Health is seeking an experienced and motivated ACA Enrollment Supervisor - Lawndale, CA to recruit, manage, and support a small team of ACA Enrollment Agents in their area. As a Supervisor, you’ll play a key leadership role in ensuring your team generates compliant, valid ACA leads that connect consumers to licensed health coverage partners.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing teams (remote or in -person)
• Comfortable with performance -based (commission) pay structure
• Access to phone, internet, and transportation if working locally
• Ability to maintain a consistent communication channel with agents
• Must reside in an approved ACA territory (ask us for details)
• Supervisor candidates must have at least 3 active ACA agents under their direct supervision or plan to onboard them within 14 days.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and manage a team of at least 3 ACA Enrollment Agents
• Ensure agents follow all compliance and script protocols
• Monitor daily team performance and ensure quality submissions
• Participate in weekly reporting and agent check -ins
• Support training, onboarding, and team motivation
