Responsibilities vary from day to day, but include items such as: Handling escalated matters - talking to unhappy customers to resolve complaints regarding repairs or billing Overseeing the warehouse and truck equipment to ensure Technicians have the refrigerant, motors, and filters and other items they need Assisting with troubleshooting helping to coordinate the daily stops for Technicians and Helpers Monitoring staff, jobs, safety protocols, etc. Quality Control reviews of completed jobs
