About The Position

Leaky’s Plumbing & HVAC is looking for a dual-trained HVAC + Plumbing tech to cover weekends and after-hours calls. This is a full-time job, not side work.

We already have the calls. We just need the right person to run them.

You work when others don’t — and you get paid for it.

Requirements

• Strong HVAC service experience
• Solid plumbing repair experience
• Able to diagnose and fix without hand-holding
• Comfortable working weekends and after hours
• Valid Texas driver’s license
• Can lift 50 lbs and work in attics, crawlspaces, heat, etc.
• Professional, reliable, and customer-friendly

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems
• Diagnose and repair plumbing issues (leaks, water heaters, drains, fixtures, etc.)
• Handle emergency and weekend service calls
• Talk with customers, explain issues, and offer solutions
• Run calls independently with company support
• Keep your truck and work clean and professional
• Close out jobs in our mobile software (Service Titan)
