Responsibilities

• Search real estate records
• Analyze and evaluate records relating to land titles
• Provide deeds, probates, deeds of trust, liens, judgments, easements, and plats/maps to determine ownership and encumbrances
• Verify legal descriptions of property
• Provide chain of title and prepare reports outlining title-related matters
• Submit details for examination of the title and provide updates to appropriate parties
• Perform title and judgment searches
• Ensure timely processing of abstract reports
