We are looking for a motivated Admissions Advisor to oversee the student admission process. New hire training will encompass three full weeks of training. One week will be held in-person at our Phoenix, AZ campus and the following two weeks will be held virtually via Zoom.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree (highly preferred in marketing, education or business administration) OR 2 years' related experience with at least 60 college credits completed.
• Outstanding time management skills.
• Clear communication skills, both in-person and in writing.
• Self-motivated to learn and implement new strategies.
• High emotional intelligence to coach a diverse range of prospective college students.
• Computer literacy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Nice To Haves

• Relevant, industry-related professional experience.
• Experience working with CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Work autonomously or in the office to complete tasks efficiently and effectively.
• Manage phone calls, emails, meetings, trainings, and coaching sessions.
• Provide exceptional counseling to prospective students through various mediums.
