  • Develop and execute the strategic vision for the Absence Management practice, driving ~$1M in annual revenue through new business, cross-selling, and client growth
  • Lead practice development, including service innovation, go-to-market strategies, and competitive positioning
  • Serve as lead consultant for key clients, advising on absence, disability, and leave management programs
  • Oversee high-quality client deliverables that align with goals, compliance standards, and best practices
  • Partner with clients on program design, vendor selection, compliance strategy, and operational effectiveness
  • Manage and mentor consultants and analysts, ensuring professional growth, efficient staffing, and project balance
  • Represent the practice at conferences, webinars, and forums, contributing thought leadership and industry visibility
  • Monitor regulatory changes and trends to develop innovative tools and frameworks that enhance client value
  • 15+ years of experience in employee benefits, HR, insurance, with deep expertise in absence and leave management
  • Proven record of revenue generation, client relationship management, and business development success
  • Experienced in leading and scaling consulting practices or service lines
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills with a history of managing high-performing teams
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and client advisory capabilities
  • Recognized industry presence and thought leadership in absence management
  • Skilled in strategic planning, analysis, and problem-solving for mid-market and large employer clients
