The Global Technology & Operations group (GTO) is a diverse team of engineers, developers, business analysts, claims analysts and project managers with the freedom to create innovative and solutions to address core business challenges with MetLife. This role will provide exemplary customer service by managing total absence claims in a timely and accurate fashion. Location: Virtual (AFTER TRAINING. TRAINING IS IN PERSON) but must be commutable to Bloomfield, CT. TRAINING WILL BE IN THE BLOOMFIELD OFFICE FOR A MINIMUM OF 7-12 WEEKS. ALL EMPLOYEES ARE REQUIRED TO COME INTO THE OFFICE ONCE A MONTH AFTER TRAINING.
