You will be a member of Deutsche Bank’s Alternatives team that is part of the broader ABS Primary franchise. The role focuses on leading the origination, structuring, syndication and execution of ABS new issue and asset finance transactions in the Alternatives sector. You will be responsible for all aspects of deal execution from client acquisition to documenting credit facilities, approving asset fundings, risk managing the credit facilities and structuring, marketing, and closing associated securitizations. In such role, you will interact with a wide variety of stakeholders and transaction participants, both internally and externally, requiring strong communication skills, both written and oral.
