About The Position

Retail Insight is a unique software and analytics company on a mission to help businesses unlock their full potential through data-driven solutions. Now, we’re looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to own and scale our multi‑channel digital marketing efforts, driving high‑quality top‑of‑funnel leads and supporting pipeline growth across the business. This is a hands‑on role where you’ll plan, execute, and continuously optimise digital campaigns across paid and organic channels, working closely with Marketing, Sales, and BDR teams to turn insight into impact.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in digital marketing, ideally within SaaS, grocery, retail, or CPG.
  • Strong experience across content marketing, email marketing, SEO, and paid advertising.
  • Hands‑on experience with A/B testing, conversion tracking, and marketing automation tools (e.g. HubSpot, Marketo).
  • Proven B2B marketing experience.
  • Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills, with a results‑driven mindset.
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, scaling environment.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimise multi‑channel digital marketing campaigns across paid media, organic channels, email, SEO, and content.
  • Drive top‑of‑funnel lead generation, supporting pipeline creation and revenue growth.
  • Own and optimise website performance, using SEO best practices and conversion rate optimisation (CRO).
  • Support and shape our content strategy, including blogs, social media, and other digital channels.
  • Track and analyse key performance metrics (KPIs), using data to continuously improve performance and maximise ROI.
  • Review and optimise our marketing tech stack, identifying opportunities to automate, streamline, and scale.
  • Collaborate closely with design, content, sales, and BDR teams to ensure marketing efforts are aligned to business goals.
  • Stay up to date with digital marketing trends and best practices, proactively introducing new ideas, tools, and approaches.
