About The Position

The Key Lead at Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is responsible for ensuring a high-quality in-store experience for customers. Acting as the Floor Supervisor, the Key Lead provides guidance and coaching to Brand Representatives and Stock Associates, ensuring effective store operations. This role is integral to the store leadership team, focusing on driving store performance through customer experience and achieving daily sales goals.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or G.E.D. equivalent preferred.
• At least 1 year of retail experience preferred.
• Strong customer focus and communication skills.
• Ability to interact well with others and promote diversity and inclusion.
• Knowledge of fashion trends and adaptability to change.
• Ability to multi-task and work under stress.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in supervisory or managerial roles is a plus but not required.
• Outgoing personality and assertiveness are preferred.

Responsibilities
