Our staff works diligently to meet the needs of our clients and to continuously grow and preserve affordable housing for our nation’s most vulnerable populations. CVR has made a significant impact on the community by assisting families in securing affordable housing. The CVR team is composed of CPAs, MBAs, attorneys, architects, engineers, urban planners, and housing professionals. We continue to expand, adding to our team across the nation. CVR has offices in Atlanta, Chicago, Milwaukee, New York, San Francisco and Tampa, to name a few. The primary function of this position is to coordinate and perform a variety of administrative, technical and field tasks in accordance with the rules and regulations of Public Housing and Section HCV Program. Work involves enforcement of HQS required by HUD. Frequent exercise of independent judgment and a high degree of decision making are required of employees in this class. Direct supervision is received from the Deputy Director of Quality Control or other administrative supervisor, but the employee may have wide latitude in the performance of duties.
