This position is accountable for providing assistance based on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). The ABA Therapist supports the classroom teacher or other certified personnel in delivering high-quality instruction, fostering student growth, and promoting a safe and structured learning environment. Responsibilities include assisting with educational and recreation activities, behavioral support, data collection, classroom organization and maintenance, and school-community relations. Professionalism, sound judgment, and adherence to Hudson Public Schools' policies are essential.
