About The Position

Discovery Therapy, company that truly cares for our family of therapists, is seeking an ABA Therapist (ABA-PCA, RBT, Personal Care Assistant (PCA) to join our Early Intervention team! Discovery Therapy is seeking an excellent ABA Therapist (ABA-PCA, RBT, Personal Care Assistant (PCA) to join our Early Intervention community team within Philadelphia County. Services will be for children with a variety of developmental and/or learning disabilities that are in the need of ABA-PCA, RBT, PCA services. We have full-time, part-time, and contract/per-diem positions available. 1099 Contractor Position Available Positions: Full Time Part Time Contract The ABA Therapist (ABA-PCA, RBT, Personal Care Assistant (PCA) will work directly, one-on-one (1:1) with children in preschools, daycares or centers environment. Generally, the kiddos we help will receive support for 3-7 hours each day. The ABA Therapists (ABA-PCA, RBT, Personal Care Assistant (PCA) will work 1:1 with the child to ensure their success in preschool, daycare or home environment.

Requirements

• High School Diploma REQUIRED
• CPR and First Aid certifications REQUIRED

Nice To Haves

• Experience supporting children with behavioral challenges and self care needs in 3-5 age group PREFERRED

Responsibilities

• One-on-One (1:1) support for kiddos
• Providing assistance to children who could have behavioral challenges, medical/physical limitation or a neurological diagnosis
• Implementing instructional strategies
