About The Position

MedCare Pediatric delivers individualized therapy for children with autism and developmental disabilities, built on collaboration, compassion, and clinical integrity. Behavior Technicians (BTs) work one-on-one with children to help build communication, social, and daily living skills through applied behavior analysis (ABA). Entry Level Behavior Technician Qualifications & Responsibilities: High School Diploma 1+ years of experience and/or exposure to working with children Comfortable working with children or individuals with special needs Experience working with children or individuals with special needs (preferred) Ability and commitment to complete a 40-hour training course with us to obtain certification Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting Maintain a highly professional, positive attitude and demonstrate reliability and punctuality Must pass a background check Provide direct care to clients in both one-on-one and group settings, following behavior reduction plans and protocols Collect behavior and skill acquisition data using company-issued tablets and complete daily session notes Communicate effectively with coworkers, supervisors, and parents while attending staff meetings and trainings Entry Level Behavior Technician Benefits: Comprehensive healthcare, dental, and vision benefits package Paid time off, 10 paid holidays, and a referral bonus program Disability insurance and 401(k) retirement plan Paid RBT training program with initial and ongoing professional development Small caseload for individualized support and quality care Company-provided CPR and behavior management training Positive and supportive work environment $17 - $20 an hour We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses. Requirements

• High School Diploma
• 1+ years of experience and/or exposure to working with children
