About The Position
Grace Behavioral Interventions is seeking dedicated Behavior Technicians to join our team in New Orleans, LA. We have immediate openings for both full-time and part-time positions, offering a flexible schedule and a supportive work environment. As a Behavior Technician, you will utilize your understanding of the principles of Behavior Analysis to implement interventions that foster meaningful change in the lives of our clients. In this role, you will work one-on-one with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Each child has a unique treatment plan developed by our on-site Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs). You will be responsible for executing these treatment plans under the supervision of a BCBA, ensuring that therapy is delivered with high fidelity and quality. Through Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy, you will help clients improve various skills, including motor, social, adaptive, communication, and play skills. Your efforts will contribute to enhancing their ability to care for themselves, build and maintain relationships, and improve their overall quality of life.
