Come Play With Us at SenseSational Learning Group! We are looking for energetic and playful early childhood behavior support specialists. We're a small, BCBA-owned company growing intentionally in Michigan communities. We're not a corporate machine churning through kiddos. We're neighbors, collaborators, and passionate humans who believe neurodivergent children don't need to be "fixed"—they need to be understood, supported, and celebrated. And we need you to help us do that. You won't be running boring drills at a table. You'll be: Playing with purpose - Building towers, racing cars, creating art, exploring parks—all while teaching communication, social skills, and daily living skills that actually matter Meeting kids where they are - In their homes, at schools, in the community (aka real life, where skills need to stick) Being a detective - Observing, collecting data, and helping your BCBA team understand what each unique kiddo needs Growing alongside your clients - Watching toddlers through teens gain confidence, make friends, and navigate their worlds more independently Becoming part of something bigger - Collaborating with BCBAs, SLPs, OTs, and families who genuinely respect your insights and observations As a BCBA-owned business, we're not answering to corporate overlords. We make decisions based on what's right for kids, families, and our team—not profit margins. We're intentionally growing in communities that welcome us, where we can become part of the local fabric, support neighborhood families, and build genuine relationships. You're not just a pair of hands implementing someone else's plans. You're a valued team member whose observations and insights directly shape treatment. Your BCBA will: Provide regular coaching and feedback Actually listen to your ideas Help you understand the "why" behind interventions Support your professional goals Celebrate your wins (because we see you!) You'll go home each day knowing you made a real difference. You'll see the spark in a child's eyes when they successfully communicate their needs. You'll watch families breathe easier because their kiddo is happier and more confident. You'll be part of genuine growth stories, not just session counts. SenseSational Learning Group is committed to building a diverse, neurodiversity-affirming team. We especially encourage applications from neurodivergent individuals, parents, and people from historically marginalized communities. We believe different perspectives make us better at what we do.
