About The Position
Looking for meaningful work with kids? Alpha & Omega Kids Developmental Services is hiring individuals who want to make a real difference in children’s lives . In this role, you’ll work one-on-one with children diagnosed with autism, helping them build communication, social, and everyday life skills through play-based learning . No prior experience is required. We will train you, pay you, and help you earn your certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in about 2 weeks. Requirements
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Must obtain CPR certification
- Reliable transportation required
Responsibilities
- Work directly with children in their homes and community settings
- Use play and structured activities to support learning and development
- Follow simple, step-by-step plans created by a supervisor
- Track progress and celebrate meaningful milestones
