About The Position
We are a naturalistic, play-based ABA therapy agency committed to delivering high-quality therapy that is FUN for children and their families. Our approach blends evidence-based ABA with creativity, flexibility, and real-world learning — because meaningful progress happens best through connection and play. We’re seeking experienced ABA Therapists and Registered Behavior Technicians with at least 2 years of in-home ABA therapy experience who are passionate about delivering engaging, developmentally appropriate therapy while maintaining strong clinical standards. We are a group of passionate Board Certified Behavior Analysts, ABA experts, teachers, and award-winning children’s entertainers who have pioneered a natural approach to supporting children’s needs that uses the science of human behavior (ABA) combined with unique fun to accelerate independence in the home, classroom, and community.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of in-home ABA therapy experience
- Passionate about delivering engaging, developmentally appropriate therapy while maintaining strong clinical standards
