Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience working with children
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to commit to consistent weekly sessions

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in the client's home
• Implement BCBA-designed behavior intervention plans
• Support development of communication, social, and daily living skills
• Collect session data and track client progress
• Create a positive, structured, and supportive environment
