About The Position

Requirements

• Master’s degree in human services or a related field.
• Current BCBA (Board-Certified Behavior Analyst) Certification required.

• Experience in a transdisciplinary approach to care.
• Familiarity with collaboration in creating individualized care plans.

Responsibilities

• Oversee neurodiversity-affirming clinical programming for patients receiving ABA treatment.
• Lead a team of behavior technicians (BTs) and empower them to make a lasting difference in the lives of children with developmental differences.
• Design a schedule that works for you while supervising your cases.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other clinicians to create individualized care plans.
